Please note, a valid credit card will be required to check-in. A debit card will not be acceptable. In the absence of a credit card, a $500 authorization or cash deposit may be held against your room – refundable upon checkout.
Please ensure the Credit Card selected to make your reservation with is the Credit Card you intend your booking payment to process with, as changing your method of payment is not an option once your Credit Card has the accommodation prepayment charged to it.We reserve the right to take prepayment on the day of reservation.
All credit cards are subject to a 2% surcharge, with the exception of American Express which has a surcharge of 3%.
Our Dog Stay policy:
We do accept one small non shedding dog, upon application only
The cost for the stay is $30.00 per dog.
We ask that dogs are shampooed and de-flea before they arrive. All bedding and feeding equipment is brought with them.
They are never to be left alone in the apartments.
